Oxford's Eau Claire Tower continues in the standard for premier office space set by Centennial Place and will redefine Calgary's skyline. Floorplate sizes are 27,500 square feet per floor and total rentable area is approximately 613,000 square feet. Upon completion, the tower will rise 25 storeys with unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains and the Bow River Valley.
